A: If you’re having trouble with your wireless network, a factory reset might solve the problem. Keep in mind this will erase any personalized configurations, including username and password, security settings and network name (SSID). Follow these steps to reset your router:

  2. Find the Reset button on the back of the router (small hole beneath the USB port). 
  3. Using a paperclip or similar object, press and hold the Reset button for about seven seconds.
