You can now find order status updates on insight.com by using the Insight Virtual Assistant. Connect with the Virtual Assistant by selecting Chat now at the top left of any webpage on insight.com, or clicking the chat icon at the bottom right of each page. If you don’t see the Chat now button, try turning off any ad blockers you may be using or contacting your IT department about changing browser settings to allow Java Script. It may also be outside of our chat hours, Mon-Fri, 6am-5pm AZ time.
When Chat now is selected, a new window will open. At the top of the chat window, there will be several buttons to choose from, including a My order status button. Select that button to find your order status.
You’ll then be asked to provide your Order number, Purchase order, Reference number or Invoice number. Select one of the options and submit the appropriate number. You'll then be asked to provide a second piece of validation information, your Account number, Shipping postal code, Contact name or Contact email. The chat feature will then provide the order number, status, total price and a link to view order details for the order you requested.
If you provide your Account number, the chat will provide multiple order statuses. If the chat is unable to locate an order after you provide it information, you will be asked to re-enter the details in case there was a typo. If the chat still doesn’t provide the information you’re requesting, connect with an Agent by typing Agent in the chat.
