You can now find your account representative on insight.com by using the Insight Virtual Assistant. Connect with the Virtual Assistant by selecting Chat now at the top left of any webpage on insight.com, or clicking the chat icon at the bottom right of each page. If you don’t see the Chat now button, try turning off any ad blockers you may be using or contacting your IT department about changing browser settings to allow Java Script. It may also be outside of our chat hours, Mon-Fri, 6am-5pm AZ time.
When Chat now is selected, a new window will open. At the top of the chat window, there will be several buttons to choose from, including a Finding my rep button. Select it to find your account representative.
The chat will ask you to provide the email address associated to your Insight account. Provide the requested email. The chat will then provide your account representative’s available information, including name, position, email and phone numbers.
If you have multiple account representatives, you’ll be connected to an Agent to help get you in touch with the right person.
