How to access live chat


After logging in to your insight.com account, you’ll be taken to your dashboard or welcome page. From either menu, select Chat now at the top left of your screen.


A new window will appear with a form, which will prefill with your account information when you’re logged in. Before chatting with a specialist, choose the option that best describes your need. 


After selecting Chat with a specialist, you’ll be directly connected with one of our e-procurement specialists. From the chat menu, you can send messages, share files and print your conversation.
